During a recent presentation, we noticed some in the audience were not as engaged as we’d like – particularly the non-researchers. We did some self-reflecting and concluded that while the charts and graphs looked pretty, at the end of the day, they were just that – charts and graphs. So, we challenged ourselves to create reports that are truly “storytelling deliverables.” We looked outside the market research industry for best-in-class design ideas, and worked to develop a style that’s more like pages from a magazine than a traditional report.
