Job Summary

Established more than 15 years ago, Hypothesis continues to build its reputation as a premium, sought-after consumer insights, brand, and strategy consultancy. Headquartered in Downtown Los Angeles, with a new office in Seattle, Hypothesis is proud to conduct highly strategic, custom, on-going work for some of the world’s most important brands including Disney, Uber, Fitbit, eBay, Starbucks, Mattel, and Netflix, among others. While we are known for our creative thinking, cross-industry experience, and highly designed deliverables, it’s really our highly seasoned team that really differentiates us, and we're looking to add to that team as we continue to grow. Specifically, we seek a highly experienced individual for the role of “Qualitative Senior Consultant.”

The Qualitative Senior Consultant is first and foremost a true thought partner to our clients when it comes to imagining, proposing, and leading qualitative engagements. This person is able to confidently moderate in-person focus groups, online communities, creative ideation, co-creation work sessions, video journaling, ethnographies, shop-a-longs, and other qualitative approaches. In addition, this person is able to effectively lead client meetings, present findings, and draft proposals while providing strong internal leadership. We look to this person to bring a point of view when it comes to qualitative research, and help Hypothesis further bridge the gap between traditional consumer insights and strategic planning.
