Values: Reconstructed

In August 2019 we set out on a months-long process of defining our mission, vision, and values. That process, involving workshops, internal focus groups, and research, culminated in the mission statement “We Help Important Brand Do Amazing Things” and a Values Box we constructed, packaged, and distributed internally. You can read more about it in our blog post Hypothesis: Deconstructed.

Almost 2 years and a pandemic later, we decided it was time for a refresh. We selected a new set of gifts, each representing one of our values:

  1. A Hondo brass pen to capture brave ideas;

  2. A canvas tote bag to lend support while getting stuff done;

  3. Custom-designed Hypothesocks to help express individuality;

  4. A premium Asobu Orb water bottle for treating the body with the care it deserves;

  5. A Riva mug to empower us to do amazing things every day.

We also included a pair of die-cut “Do Amazing Things” stickers. Both the packaging and designs on each item were done by our design team. The Values Box is a being used to welcome new people to the hypothesis family and give them a tangible sense of what we stand for. Check out the video and photos below.
